Over 4 weeks of lectures, discussions and exercises, participants learn practical methodologies to express their ideas more effectively. This programme equips them with everything they need to become better networkers, write compelling artist statements, win applications for residencies and grants, and everything else that matters to them.
ACT tutors also share details of their professional lives providing real case studies of what works and what does not in their respective fields. For example, the module “How to write better applications” provides insights on the application process of leading art residencies and how artists can stand out in a highly competitive environment where only 1% get in.
