You should typically have, or expect to gain, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or Visual Arts, another studio-based practice, or a related field. We welcome interest from those holding degrees in unrelated fields or without formal training but can demonstrate appropriate experience in the art world and/or the creative industries. 

You also need to have a good level of written and spoken English.
